People who think they "own" real estate should go look up what has happened in revolutions around the globe, Russia 1917, China, USSR collapse, the latin countries, Cambodia, etc.
Why not go further back to Marius or Sulla, just for "fun". Not just real estate, true of anything. suggest we all sharpen up our martial arts and stock up our weapons caches! Sorta turtles all the way down on this one!
Not actually disagreeing with you. Just a thought and I'm bored. Lets hope the western world doesnt go too far down that road or it's mad max for all of us...
