Logic is simple. Gold and property are historically proven to hold value. BML is historically proven to lose money (albeit dependent on your entry level.).
That could change, but currently the cash on hand position is poor and finance/offtakes is to be finalized.
Whilst the asset maybe worth X, if its not financed or generating revenue/profit then its worth less than the price is currently showing, hence the down trend. Material news had better come fast.
