Well, you got a chuckle. I suspect Joe's point is there's a chance BML won't get the free NAIF ride given the last five years (and this is very realistic), rather than there being no finance awarded at all as everyone seems to interpret his posts as. The project obviously has legs, but it could still involve significant dilution.
