Yes, true! But you will need to keep raising cash, print more shares at this low sp to pay for admin fees. $3.9m mc, say $1 m admin fee (no exploration) that's 25% dilution. Will you keep putting new money into a company sitting there? If so there are plenty of iron ore and coal explorers with large JORC they all waiting for iron ore to get back to $80-100/t for you to look at.
