Will be an insto/SI, highly doubt it will be an SPP for current holders.
Can't understand with all the interest in the stock why they didn't wait.
4 or 5c was just around the corner. Why not raise the same amount at double the price (half the dilution) and lock in a higher support level than 1.4c, and still have drilling results to look forward to all the same?
