Just an addition
Obviously it goes without saying, that BMN is just coming out of an horrendous DOWNTREND, and hence a double top pattern doesnt apply.
In fact the last comment in the quote is applicable:
"If the uptrend is short, (as in the case of BMN have just started to recover) the double top may not hold and the uptrend will continue."
