Besides knowing that BMN is undervalued, I am still amazed at its run & current strength.
The only negative I can see so far today is the pullback from the 1.29 high, showing that there is some caution by buyers. Candlestick chartists will be looking to see some bearish formation. The closest I see is the "Bearish Deliberation" formation, which is based on the Psychology that the small candle on the third day is showing a weakness. But I dont see all the indications as applying to BMN.
So far we have doubled in price in just 6 weeks ... everything in my head screaming "pullback" ... "rest" ... But then every indicator is saying "NO .. it will keep going"
***Volume should be trailing off after this run, but NO, it seems to be increasing!
***The MACD should be in "overbought" territory ... But NO, it is still just above the Zero line
***She is still tracking the upper Bolinger nicely, so behaving well
***And all this despite two bad days on the DOW & XAO
Short term ress aside ... all indicators are saying it is still going up
