I personally see this as a "low" offer considering the upside potential of the company, however in this current market all offers must be considered.

Often find the first offer is followed closely by a second party at higher offer but will have to wait to see if this eventuates.

Going by the reaction here, this offer may not come to fruition unless the holders back the proposal.

I bought in today at 48c given the upside either by way the offer itself or the fact a rerating may come given the offer itself will speak to the market as a minimum price the stock should be even now.
