One thing that has worked for me over the last few years is to look closely at those companies next door to an existing mine......have picked up AGS, EXT and BMN using this strategy, all at very attractive prices.
Agree that the next step is to identify those with a low MC and pounds in the ground. Significant Director holdings is another plus for me.
