As I posted a few days ago, all you need to do is go to this website http://bmnspp.thereachagengy.com/ enter a few details such as HIN etc and you will receive a biller code specific to you and then pay whichever amount you want to apply for in multiples of $5,000 amounts to a maximum of $30,000.
