    Hi Sat

    I understand what you are saying in that the share price is intentionally being sold down possibly to lower a potential takeover price. However, apart from being illegal, in that it is market manipulation, a company’s share price usually increases prior to a takeover. Just a different way of looking at things I guess. Time will reveal all.
