    May be of note that Grande Cache fell from about $8 to $3.50 a couple of months before the takeover, then increased to $6 just prior to the takeover.

    MCC's share price was also downtrending until a few weeks before takeover.

    Im not saying it'll happen to us, just an observation thats all.

    All IMHO only
