As you say... there is no one to blame except the management team. Sadly, I feel a little better knowing that the likes of hartleys, fat profits and the criterion were taken in. I have no doubt that there was a significant amount of deceit going on, and we, the shareholders were not being accurately informed. Do you think that the SofG ruling maybe of benefit to bmo losers? Do we stand to recieve any return, or is this dead as a door nail?
