Hi Quanta, I think I can help with this, I have studied some of my favorite rampers i believe the process is something like the following:
Blue Sky unsubstantiated information blah blah (note utilize random capital letters and exclamation points for added affect)
Add embellished information from your 'unnamed contact' who is an expert in the relevant field.
Mention blue sky again and end with minimum of 10 exclamation points
