...there are always exceptions to the rule....I think we can all agree on the following to be true with BMT:

* Listed Aug'16 and now has 3 (potentially) very lucrative projects.
* Judging by the volume and movement of SP on day of announcement, the market thinks is't very good
* CR done in two trances, tranche one hitting accounts tomorrow, tranche two comes into play only if/once deal is confirmed.
* $4.8 mil in CASH - MC ONLY ~ $12 Mil
* Now having the benefit of hindsight and knowing what kind of stampede happened after the acquisition proposal announcement, which was still a lot of peculation and risk, I don't think a lot of ramping will be required once/ if the deal is made binding and no one relay knows how high this can go, being such a young co it's all blue sky from here on.
* There are not enough shares issued with tranche one to cause any significant SP pressure.
* There are not enough shares on issue in general with BMT

All IMO, gamble responsibly...
