Sorry, yes fully diluted post completion (oppies excluded) - which is what I generally go off. I also look at fully diluted including oppies if they are listed and in the money.
EV is $8.6 mil if you excluding Tranche 2 however as cash is ~$1 mil less.
Regardless a steal.
