BMW says it plans to invest (totalling less than $20 million), Lilac plan to use the money to develop a manufacturing plant for its ion exchange beads in the USA.
Lilac have a client contract with LKE, that by no means says BMW is invested in LKE.
Great news for Lilac, but you’re stretching the truth here.
