I have no problem with FB's statement. If I was part of a group that invested $150 million into Lilac and Lilac invested $50 million into a joint venture with LKE then I would think that I am investing (indirectly into LKE)
If Kachi fails then pretty much BMW have done their money.
Lilac are no longer a stand alone tech company they are in partnership with LKE.
