Your first point about production costs of the hard rock operation are easily discoverable in the Quarterly and as stated the +$26.1M is from the hard rock operation, hint: it is not only income.
There is another possibility that you don't even know what a quarterly is for, or what Cash position is, considering that you are talking about future brine operation costs in relation to a simple company cash position.
