Clean Teq says they will break ground mid-to-late 2018.
A knowledgeable poster on the AUZ thread has asserted that CLQ cannot possibly achieve production before
late 2020.
I believe CLQ may beat that deadline and ship in late 2019.
May I suggest you look at the Clean Teq website, January 2018 Investor presentation. They give a timeline and objectives for this year.
