I honestly think price is less relevant in this auction than it was in the first. The first auction proved what all the reporting agencies have been saying. We all know price has continued to go up (Benchmark et al - announce this almost daily). What I will be really interested to see is the number of bidders increase. I think it will give justification to the BMX platforms longevity, ie. if there's many bidders - then obviously it is an accepted exchange by spod buyers.
So last time there were 17 bidders. I'm hoping for 25+ this time around (ie 50% increase in bidders). Note: number of bidders increasing should also correlate to increase in prices received.
