Any new OT will surley have top be at a premium to spot market
In the current lithium demand forecast it would be mighty silly for PLS to be negotiating a new long term "discounted" OT?
Might as just sell all via BMX
I do concede there are times when a discounted OT is reasonable
- A junior negotiating a discounted OT with prepayment is 100% understandble to fund development
- A production or near production miner negotiating a discounted OT in times of future uncertainty is 100% understandble (But that is not now)
For PLS customers who want/need certaintity Dale should look at modeling something like BHP/RIO iron ore yearly price setting or negotiate a tolling with profit share
