    Why are they trading at a discount.I believe this is due to MD saying to analyists that there are no immediate projects in the pipeline.However I think this is bullshit because if he admitted any imminent deals he would be admitting that relevant info would have been left out of the prospectus.

    Anyway thats my theory.
