Yes, @ $1.56 the JV was written down to 0. Its all in their capital raising projections - go read that - they've been out a while!
Why the drop in sp today? Something to do with the contagion of a crisis of confidence!
Where are the high 5s? Well, I for one am confident that most, if not all, of the long term high grade tenants will pay this months rent to GPT, and next months, and beyond!
