bnb shares of bbi

From what i understand, BNB still owns 8% of BBI shares....what will be the affect on BBI if BNB?

1. goes into administration....BNB's bankers will own the shares...will they keep them or sell them on market??? 8% of 3 billion odd shares is a lot

2. debt for equity swap

Does anyone know what management fees BBI payed to BNB last year??? I think that it would be great if we could buy out these fees for nominal price (as per what other satellites have done) and change our freakin name to 'Australian Infrastructure Fund' or similar
