Share trading/investing is a game designed by the super rich so that they may spend freely and from time to time they can fill up their coffers.

The idea is to get the market moving up nicely and constantly report how money is easy to be made and keep it going up until you can get the maximum number of working people to "invest" as much as they can of hard earned savings and also debt and hopefully get them leveraged as well.

Then the trap is sprung as the mega rich have been distributing all their holdings near the market top to the suckers.

Now there is no one left to buy and the silvertails sit on their hands and refuse to buy as the market continually falls and margin loans exacerbate the whole process.

When the working class have lost everything, the Rockefellow crew are kind enough to buy the near worthless stocks and then begin the whole process again.
