This has a lot to do with the incompetence of the regulator ASIC and the ASX. If as they previously threatened defamation against posters they were right, then how the hell did the market get this way?
ASIC is staffed by incompetent people. Babcock and Brown is an insolvent company by definition of the corporaitons act and have been so since early 2007.
The question now is this, who is going to demonstrate their capacity and knowledge of this fact and deal with it?
The only shareholers are institutions with a nexus to the group and beneficiaries or co conspirators of the management of B&B
