Nothing hilarious at all. They are the facts. Realize book value and take away all debt and NZ bonds, SPARCS and BEPPA redemptions and you are left with approximately 3 billion cash.
That equated to $1.30 per BBI stapled security.
They have sold two assets at book or above so it's all FACTUAL dargie. No conspiracy theories, just plain FACTS.
