I havn't met the BNB management but have met some of the Maquarie guys. If they are of the same calibre then they should be retained but I feel they should have their incentives aligned. I don't mind them getting paid very very well if the do a great job in managing the asset sales/growth...whatever.
Because I work for a largish investment bank I can tell you I am extremely sceptical of the skill level of the vast majority of wall street/City of London investment banking types, generally they are overpaid, underskilled and greedy as you like.
I hope BNB management are of a better ilk and work out their incentive/compensation contract in the best way for us all.
