I.M.O. Its only a matter of weeks untill there is a property sale announced, if this happens it will reduce debt of the overall company . The s/p should then spike to at least $2-$3 maybe more . All the major retailers and banks have done their due dilligence to varify their individual holding positions. HELLO !
