marked to market valuation appraisal,thats another ill conceived accounting requirement,there goes the lvr,and the banking system is based on lvr,rent returns are largely valuation or position based.
what more do you need,its a goner without unprecedented support from financial institutions,and with it will go its earnings,they will be redeployed.
more people move to cash whatever fund has to redeem cash from the markets,and who will want to lend in the short term,
unemployment collapse of residential housing values ,increased lvr requirements higher int. rates and after the pain we will move back to the 1960s,reregulation,lower relative incomes etc,etcetc
our world is built on consumerism,not tangible progress--this is systemic collapse,and to top it all i dont believe they know what to do,starting a war was once the solution,i hope never again
