I agree, Larkin has convinced the bankers that he is the only one who can get a better deal for them .Whats makes him so indespensible?He has let all shareholders down through this process .Thats a small mind thinking for you with self intrest at heart.An administrater with the shareholders intrests at heart would be much better.Havent the markets put up with enough of these money grabbing ceos and running companies down only to sweeten there exit at the cost to shareholders.
