ie a SRN/HIN number is actually a BNB error.
In New Zealand under our laws & NZX rules it is called a CSN (common shareholder number) but since when have BNB got much right?
Be careful NOT to send exit notice to the fax number shown on the exit notice attached to the ASX/NZX announcement as that is an error, not that BNB have endeavoured to correct their error, The correct fax number was shown on the posted version. don't bother Fax'ing BNB on +61 2 9233 2907

But get it off quick, fax, snail mail, & keep records copies & log of faxes etc.
We may be in for a long haul but T's crossed & I's dotted may pay out in the end.
