This whole string/episode is amusing. So many threats of class actions, law suits, allegations of collusion. Jesus, I'm surprised Hotcopper allows this stuff to be posted. When it all comes down to it you, we, are all speculators. Class action lawsuits against companies have rarely, if ever, succeeded. Do you guys honestly think there is a conspiracy out there to illegally stuff shareholders/noteholders in favour of banking consortia?? Give me a break. Draw a line, get on with it. Go hug your wives, children and stop bleating.
