Investing in BNBG is obviously a punt on a rocky company. But considering avenues for getting $ off directors IF actions turn out to be dodgy is perfectly valid part of speculative investing.
By the way, have you told the directors of IMF that class actions rarely pay off? Somehow they seem to have made $50m in the past 6 months from their cut of funding such actions.... there must be quite a few happy whiners out there...
