    Agree with your comments. I purchased BNBG a couple of days ago for $75, and will top up today.

    Convertible notes such as this can be used as a lower-risk equity play. Face value $100, matures in around 2 years.

    Implied yield (takes into account capital upside) looks excellent at current prices. Face value is returned to you on maturity.

    Hope everyone takes the time to have a look at this one.
