Hi as I read it these new notes will still atract interest payments but will also have a dollar value in front of ordinary shareholders and the earlier note holders . Banks with their noses in the trough leaving ordinary shareholders out I do not own Cheers Towie . As i see it the government is bailing the banks out at the expense of the average shareholder Towie
