I hear you Enumerate. to get a motion to act you need to get 25% of the Notes to vote, given that 60+% are owned by institutions it might make sense to make contact with one of the larger holders........and contact a reporter, like michael west or tony boyd, tony probably best. that'd be the quickest way to stir things up a little.
