As previously indicated I will only be acquiring shares at $0.10 as per the BNB offer.

Whilst I can understand your willingness in attempting to extract a higher price. In the event that you are going to accept the BNB offer ... if someone else was also prepared to pay the $0.10 then they (me) too could purchase the notes.

Thanks again for your offer, my offer of $0.10 remains...
