The bank can actually come out of this mess with a huge profit a few year down the track. If BNB goes to admin now, not only will the banks loose. Shareholders & Bondholders will loose as well. So will the market & economy.

The bank can screw shareholders with dilution, but will have to negotiate with bondholders. Come monday we will watch the bank steal all shareholders equity with D2E. As for bondholders, we would be stupid to accept a lesser offer whilst the bank make a profit. All we want is the face-value of the notes which is what we are rightly entitle to in the first place.

The profits a few years down the track for banks can be a few billions once market normalise, iam sure they will spare a few loose bone to keep the noteholders happy.
