    Who is game enough to buy the convertible notes? When will dividends be re-instated? The yield looks good if its paid. I think given the risk with this company $45 is too much especially if there is no yield.

    Anyone got thoughts on these?

    This looks worse and worse as it goes on how long to the bankers get worried and want some cash? I got burnt in AFG and this looks similar too much debt.
