I am thinking something else might happen.

BNB will be helped by the syndicate while slimming down costs and selling assets...but as the credit crisis sorts itself out....credit will be available again and BNB has a good team...they will have credit and can generate more income streams....may be a year or 2 off but it has potential to pay down debt...then maybe keep some and then grow the company again....but it depends on the syndicate.
