if shares are issued to noteholders, as a noteholders who bought the notes cheap, I would sell at least half of the shares to recover the cost of buying notes. because it is a huge gain, so, I incline to realize the gain.

I think most of noteloders would like to realize the gain.

if banks loans and notes are converted to shares, the company's future would become very very bright! promising.

but doubt if banks would accept that.
