    There are several different lots of BNB notes in NZ and Aust. Some have a $100 par value and others $1 par value.

    So let me say that for $1 of value you may (and I am totally guessing) get 3-4 shares.

    So if you have BNBG, you may get 3-400 shares etc.

    Sorry about that chief.

    The point is there needs to be a debt for equity sway of these notes as the corporate facility banks are simply going to block the interest on these notes until they get all of their money back. BNB will never make up the arrears. It would be far better to get them switched into shares to give the company more breathing space.
