    It is unnerving to see instiutional investors selling. Hopefully, they are selling to fund other projects of their own, which happened to MTE. If the institutional investors step selling, I hope by now a majority of the "free-floating" shares are above 70cents. All the instiutional investors must have gotten BND for about 50cents to 60cents?
