probably worth a lot more than 25 cents if they find a sizeable resource as the value of surrounding leases will increase significantly also. The fact that they are leasing so much surrounding ground, suggests that they are very confident that they are onto a reasonable resource, however time will tell. The next 3 to 6 months are going to be very interesting !
