Totally agree. Less-smart management may have been tempted to go permit > CR > drill. A more gung-ho team would go permit > drill A super-cautious team would CR > buy land > permit > drill etc.
We are all fortunate to have the current management team and their strategy and I hope, but do not expect the odd grizzler in this forum to have the good grace to recant their earlier mean-spirited posts when this strategy pays off bigly.
