The reaction this week has been a bit strange considering this weeks Washington post article which makes clear where Biden is imposing a moratorium on NEW oil and gas leases only with a specific mention in the article that drilling on existing leases will not be affected... I would have thought the fact that no more leases are going to anyone else is a massive plus for those that already have them and the price of bnl should pop a bit just on that news.. or are we just seeing some initial panick as people get their bearings...?
