No, people were not freaked about Bidens policy implementation.

People were annoyed that BNL took well over the average time to get the original permit (or should that, not get the permit. They did not appear to be pro-active in getting a good outcome. Now we potentially have the same waiting period and they have not even re-submitted the replacement application.

The BOD should at least be trying to earn their large pays.

Everyone was disappointed and as several of us posted ages ago, the BOD should have at least informed shareholders that there was a delay and why - and that should have come in mid December. Shareholders are annoyed and have a right to be so.

I do have confidence in this company and that the permits will eventually come - I was not tempted to sell. Market, at least today, shows that confidence too and that is a good thing.

I am OK with it being pointed out that Helium is a strategic gas - to be honest, we all know that - but maybe get the reasons for peoples discontent correct.

Let's hope that the SP can climb back to 5 cents where we all feel comfortable.
