    What? A new thread about permit/drilling ?? Do we need this ??? Hardly.

    Possibly posters think that BNL management/Colorado permit office/drilling contractors are looking at this stuff and will suddenly say to themselve 'Yikes. HotCopper posters are squealing ... we'd better get a wiggle on ...'
